I'm making 52 things this year.
Dinner: Halloumi with rocket, red onion, croutons, mint and pomegranate.
Dinner: Ottolenghi’s soba noodles, with eggplant, avocado and tofu. Delicious.
Breakfast: Brioche french toast with bananas and maple syrup, from the Bouchon cookbook.
Dinner: brown rice, asparagus, avocado, cherry tomatoes and cannellini beans with yoghurt + tahini dressing. So ugly, so good.
Dinner: blanched green beans, toasted almond slivers and cherry tomatoes. Not pictured: giant post-gym bowl of cereal and canned peaches.
Snack: shared almond croissant from the city market.
