Breakfast: poached egg, english muffin and spinach with berry smoothie and tea.
DInner at Logan Brown.
52 Things, Week 2: I drew, and also played with watercolours for the first time.
Dinner: silverbeet and white bean stew with my first perfectly poached egg
Dinner: Zucchini fritters with a poached egg, avocado and silverbeet.
Breakfast: oatmeal and buttermilk pancakes with peaches, banana, greek yoghurt and syrup. And lots of tea!
Lunch: black enchiladas at Viva Mexico
Dinner: homemade pizza with shaved asparagus and mornay sauce. If I made it again, I’d skip the mornay (we had it leftover from croque madame) and use mozzarella or even just a bit of parmesan and a squeeze of lemon.
Dinner: wild rice with rocket, mushrooms, shallots, asparagus, toasted almond slivers and shaved parmesan.
